We are so grateful to have worked with the Criswell team in the purchasing of our home and then the subsequent selling of it 7 years later. As first time home buyers and coming to Memphis from a different city, we were unfamiliar with the entire process. We didn't know what exactly we wanted, which areas of Memphis to look in, or how to obtain a mortgage loan. Lauren guided us through the whole process with patience and a genuine desire to help us find a house that met all our needs. Within the first year of living in our new house, we ran into some problems with the plumbing that should have been caught by the inspector but were missed. We contacted Lauren about them, and she went to bat for us. She went above and beyond her job as a realtor to help us resolve the issue. When it was time to sell the house 7 years later, we were thrilled to work with the Criswell team again. Within a month of placing our house on the market, we were under contract, which I think speaks volumes to Lauren's tireless effort to showcase our house in a tough market. We closed remotely since we had already moved out of state, and Lauren ensured a smooth and seamless process. Lauren is knowledgeable, considerate, and diligent in everything she does. We loved working with her, and would highly recommend her to anyone looking at houses in Memphis or the surrounding areas.

The professionalism and market knowledge that were provided made a huge difference in giving us the direction and actions needed to be able to sell our home in 8 days. Helping us arrange and execute the work needed to complete our house prep and get fabulous pictures made for the listing were key factors that made the process simple for us. Easy contact and consistent communication throughout the entire process including showings, offer review, negotiations, and the closing was both helpful and reassuring. Lauren Criswell

Lauren Criswell helped us buy our Memphis home 4 years ago. She did a great job then. Lauren was the only agent we considered to list with when we decided to sell it. Despite a very difficult buyer who changed financing mid-stream and a non-communicative agent on the other side, Lauren navigated all these obstacles incredibly. Truthfully, we were frustrated with the other side and were ready to walk away but Lauren kept on top of the situation and brought it to a successful closing. We could not recommend Lauren highly enough. She is the best!
