Lauren is an Amazing person! She made the entire home buying process very easy to understand. I am a first time home buyer and soft spoken. When she says she is going to do something, like drop something off, or show us another home just to check out their paint job, she really does mean it and does it immediately. When I first spoke to her over the phone, she took the time to listen to me like I was an old friend. She answered all our emails and messages almost instantly, even at night. She gave expert advice about paint colors and mortgage companies too. When something did not add up over the agreement, she took it upon herself to make it right. She is a blessing and just an overall thoughtful person. We were so lucky to have her guidance. If you end up getting her for a realtor, I am positive you will have a great experience.

Selling a home can be extremely stressful. You really need someone you can trust with knowledge and experience to guide you through the process. Look no further! John and Lauren Criswell are the answer. They truly are an awesome team. Right from the first phone call to the closing table, the entire process is so smooth.
