We would highly recommend John Criswell to anyone looking for a realtor. He is very down to earth, easy to speak to, low pressure, and excellent at explaining anything and everything! He did everything he said he would do when he said he would do it and was very reliable! We would use him again in a heartbeat!!

John Criswell recently earned a 5 star rating with the handling of the sale of my home in Riverwood. I chose John to handle this transaction because be is experienced, is a Riverwood resident, and has the reputation of being an honest and fair businessman. John was encouraging and confident about the pricing of the house and was instrumental in negotiating more than the asking price within a 48 hour period. I could never have asked for a more thoughtful, knowledgable, and professional agent.

1st let me say, I personally know and have worked with dozens of high quality Realtors in the Memphis area . . . and I chose John to handle the sale of my home. I never regretted it for a second! He priced the home perfectly to get a great return as the selling owner and still move the house with multiple offers in short order. Additionally, I was relocating cross-country (Cordova/Memphis to Boston) and John made sure I had all the contacts I needed to have the home taken care of between when I left Memphis and the close date (pool, minor repairs, yard work, etc.). I'd highly recommend John for any of your real estate needs. And if you live in the Riverwood Farms area, John is absolutely the most knowledgeable, professional, personable, connected, and capable Realtor in the area. Period.

My wife and I would like to thank John Criswell for making our home buying process a 5 star experience. Being in the military serving overseas the last 6 years moving my family back to the US can be a stressful and expensive experience. With the help of John and his Crye-Leike team they made our transition and 1st time home buying experience seamless! John's 35 years of real estate experience , energy , and can-do attitude was exceptional! John was fantastic to work with, he promptly answered any questions I had and was willing to work with me through the whole process. Even when he was out of town he made sure that I still got to see houses that were put up for listing. He also helped me with coordinating the carpet and duct work cleaning guys to go to the house with the seller. I liked that he was very honest in regards to if he felt the house was worth pursuing or not. He made sure to remark on if he saw any concerning flaws with the house. He showed that he was looking out for my interest in something that I was going to be happy with on the long term.

John Criswell was a godsend to us! We weren't even in the market to sell our house, but had been referred to him by friends who sold quickly. We thought we would meet him, get an idea of when we would like to sell (3-5 years?), and get ourselves organized towards that goal. He was knowledgeable about the market (low inventory, high demand conditions) and convinced us he could sell our house for us immediately. Well the time was right because he sold our house in 5 days! We never even had inside pictures of the house online, just exterior. John put a "Coming Soon" sign in the yard while we packed and got ready to have an estate sale and combine two houses. We closed from another state, and the entire process was a breeze. John took care of everything for us, from working with the inspection requirements, pond and yard maintenance, checking on the property, etc. He was really on top of everything and a great communicator in all media - email, text, & phone calls. I can't think of anything he could have done differently! We were thrilled to have met John Criswell and highly recommend him! He absolutely knows his business and is a pleasure to work with.

Working with John in finding a home has been the best home buying experience I've ever had. From finding a home, making an offer, home inspection, and closing. John doesn't stop after the sale either, he is always there after the sale as well to help with concerns or unforseen issues. Not only did John find our home but between Lauren and himself my daughter is now in her first home and was guided all the way, kept informed, and couldn't have been happier with her outcome. John has shown himself to be an advocate, before, during, and after the sale for both me and my daughter when any issues were presented. John and Lauren are an outstanding team, and I would recommend them both without reservation.
