John and Lauren have represented Southern Serenity Homes for years now and we have never had buyers do anything but sing their praises!!!!!! Lauren is an incredible agent that sold our home quickly and seamlessly, and found us a home in a neighborhood we previously thought was unattainable. Without Lauren, we would've had to settled for a home that didn't check all of our boxes, but she was able to find us one that checked them all and more. Lauren was on top of everything through out the entire process and was always available for a quick call whenever my wife or I had any questions. I wouldn't look anywhere else when needing to buy or sell a home. Thank you Lauren and John!

Lauren came highly recommended to me as "the best realtor in town." This turned out to be unequivocally true. She worked extremely hard over the course of 4+ weeks, 5 offers, and 20+ home tours to find me a fantastic home in my preferred neighborhood during an extremely difficult market. She not only works hard, but is also very well connected with the realty community around the greater Memphis area. Throughout my home search and even afterwards, Lauren has always communicated well. She learned my preferences for homes very fast and was always honest about whether she thought the pros and cons of each home were. In dealing with several other agents throughout the buying process, I can undoubtedly say that the title of 'best realtor' is well deserved.

I've now sold 2 houses and bought 1 with the Criswell team, and I could not be happier with my experience and our results! Lauren truly knows this market and worked hard to make sure we came out on top. We are a family of six, and they made sure to solve problems for us when we were busy and stressed. Lauren made this process very smooth despite dealing with repairs, termites, and negotiations. Communication was extremely strong throughout the entire experience. Whenever I'm back in the Memphis market, the Criswell Team will be the first to know.

I called John because he sold my other house about twelve years ago and did a very good job during a trying time with the burst of the housing bubble. I called John again when we decided to move back to Illinois. I thought it would be stressful since I was having a house built and had to worry about building a new house long distance and also selling my house in Lakeland, but John made everything go smoothly. Thanks for making my move a better experience than it could have been.

John Criswell did a fantastic job in listing and in selling my home it was on the market for 4 days we had a contract everything went smoothly and on time John was very compassionate in dealing with me because I have lost my husband and it was our home place of 31 years I had a lot of Sentimental memories there John And his his team Did a wonderful job and I would highly recommend them to anyone that is in the need to sell their home or even to buy one not only did he sell my home he helped me to purchase another one Thank you John Criswell and team .
