The Criswell Team - John and Lauren

John Criswell sold our previous home and subsequently, sold us our new home in 1992. He has lived in our neighborhood and over the years, has kept in touch with us. Our initial "realtor relationship" with him soon became a friendship with him. Throughout the years we would ask his advise regarding the housing market, the right time to sell, etc. He was always right "on target" with his advise. When we were ready to relocate he was definitely our natural "go to" choice for selling our home. He wisely advised us before the sale as far as home pre-sale preparation, pricing and what details we needed to include or exclude in our listing. Our home sold in 17 days in February! He worked us through the "give and take" process and we closed at our asking price. You can't do any better than that! John knows his business and knows how to make things happen. Thanks, John! We chose The Criswell Team because of their long standing excellent reputation in Memphis and because they sold our friend's house in less than two months. John and Lauren have years of real estate experience, and they were awesome getting us through the selling process. We had multiple offers on our house and it sold in less than two weeks! 1st let me say, I personally know and have worked with dozens of high quality Realtors in the Memphis area . . . and I chose John to handle the sale of my home. I never regretted it for a second! He priced the home perfectly to get a great return as the selling owner and still move the house with multiple offers in short order. Additionally, I was relocating cross-country (Cordova/Memphis to Boston) and John made sure I had all the contacts I needed to have the home taken care of between when I left Memphis and the close date (pool, minor repairs, yard work, etc.). I'd highly recommend John for any of your real estate needs. And if you live in the Riverwood Farms area, John is absolutely the most knowledgeable, professional, personable, connected, and capable Realtor in the area. Period.
