The Criswell Team - John and Lauren

We selected John and his team to assist in selling our house for their great knowledge of the neighborhood. He had a full history of it and advised on what we might expect. His advise on what to fix up and what still looked good was invaluable. We might have spent more than we needed to without it. His list of vendors who were priced right and ready to help get us fixed up was great. We couldn't have really asked for a better outcome. We had an offer in 4 days, for full price, then got it through escrow and closed. Easy close at his office. Thanks for all the work you did and the friendship along the way.

John was recommended by a highly respected neighbor. John quickly grasped my situation at our first meeting. I was recently widowed, had too large a house, and was relocating to another state. He recommended several specialists that he had successful worked with in the past, a contractor for house repairs, a staging specialist and an estate sale company. Within a couple of days, with John's help and coordination with these specialist, we had a plan to get my house on the market. John kept me informed and made sure that the team of specialists were on the same page. He gave me sound advice and adjusted to my concerns. I got a fair price for my home and had a contract within the first week on the market. I highly recommend the John Criswell Team.
