We selected John and his team to assist in selling our house for their great knowledge of the neighborhood. He had a full history of it and advised on what we might expect. His advise on what to fix up and what still looked good was invaluable. We might have spent more than we needed to without it. His list of vendors who were priced right and ready to help get us fixed up was great. We couldn't have really asked for a better outcome. We had an offer in 4 days, for full price, then got it through escrow and closed. Easy close at his office. Thanks for all the work you did and the friendship along the way.

We wanted to take the time to praise Crye-Leike's realtor, John Criswell, as we have experienced the perfect real estate transaction.
